Looking for an alternative to Turner Volvo?

Turner Family Sells Turner Volvo

We recently learned that family-owned Turner Volvo has been sold, ending a five decade operation by the Turner family. An article in the Sacramento Bee indicates that the dealership, including the service department, will be moved to 4609 Madison Ave., next to Interstate 80.

After starting in Sacramento with Winter Volvo, which closed in 2009, I worked for several years at Turner Volvo before opening SVS - Sacramento's Volvo Service in 1980. Several long-time SVS employees, including VP/General Manager Ken Cochrane, Master Technician Ron Flynn, and parts manager John Dettman, also worked at Turner Volvo before joining the SVS team.

SVS has been Sacramento's choice for independent Volvo service and repair since 1980. Over the years we've been blessed with many fine friends, colleagues, and generations of customers.

While we've been considered competitors ever since we started SVS, it's important to note that almost 35 years later many long-term Turner Volvo employees maintained close friendships with us. That's because we always try to treat everyone with whom we come in contact with respect and good will.

If you or someone you know is looking for an alternative to Turner Volvo, let me personally welcome you to make an appointment with SVS - Sacramento's Volvo Service. I can promise you that we will do everything we can to live up to the standards that you expect, and that SVS has been known for.

There's a reason we consistently receive 5-star reviews on Yelp and DemandForce . We truly believe that you, our customer, always come first - no matter what.
