Winter Volvo service customers: Welcome!

SVS has been Sacramento's choice for independent Volvo service and repair for over 30 years, and over the years we've been blessed with many fine friends, collegues, and competitors. 

In August of 2008 we read reports in the Sacramento Bee and Sacramento Business Journal that Winter Volvo was closing its doors after 60 years in business. This had a big impact on me because Winter Volvo was where I got my start here in Sacramento, over 30 years ago. The Vaira family was always fair with me, and when I started this company in 1980 I based much of my business philosophy on the experience I had as an employee at Winter Volvo. The closing of Winter Volvo left Turner Volvo as the only other Sacramento Volvo dealer.
