For over 30 years, we at SVS have taken great pride in our relationships with customers. Some are even 2nd and 3rd generation! Dear SVS, I brought my car in last Friday (5/8/09) and told you it had a shudder on start up when in 1st and 2nd gear, and was noisy and shook at freeway speeds. I'd mentioned this to my former car service providers about 3 times over the last 1 1/2 years and was told that old cars shake more and are noisy. Thanks to your good work, the shudder is gone, the shaking does not occur at freeway speeds and the car is quieter than it has been for a long time.
